This time last year I learned that Interflora sell a lot more than flora. They also sell balloons, bubbly and wine, biscuits and cupcakes, fruit baskets, chocolate, teddy bears! And food and drink hampers, including a large range of Christmas hampers.

I had Christmas at home with my family in Ireland last year and then 'Second Christmas' with the boy's family. Boy's mum got her amazing local butcher to do his take on a terducken, which was a four bird roast with turkey, chicken, partridge and duck. It fed six of us for 4 days and was one of the most amazing things I've ever encountered in my career as a carnivore...
My best Christmas food was my mums mince pies.The pastry was just melt in the mouth and I have never been able to get anywhere close even using her recipe.

The best kitchen gift I ever received...well, there's a choice of two.
A set of three Prestige stainless steel pans, with wooden handles, gifted to me by my then boyfriend (now husband) and my best friend Helen in 1992. They'd clubbed together and just knew that I would love them. I still have them and love them to bits.
Then one year my estranged-for-a-decade Father gave me a briefcase full of kitchen knives. He knew almost nothing about me, but that...that was spot on and made me cry. :)

It came in the biggest box you can imagine - I couldn't work out what it was at all - and I love it SOOOO much - I use it pretty much every day - it's rendered me a totally lazy cook :-)

My best food gift was last year, it was just a little gift set with a bottle of wine and some cheese, but the great thing about it is it had stilton in, well i thought i didn't like stilton, but i do LOVE most cheese, so I thought i'd try it, no point wasting it, and i adored it, it's been the start of a whole new love affair with blue cheese :)

My best Christmas food gift was a Christmas Day meal my friend bought me at a railway station cafe in the Pryenees. We'd just been skiing in the morning and an extremely sweary very hungover chef made us grilled squid with garlic and parsley.
The chef was most entertaining.We bought him a drink to have as soon as his hangover would allow it to calm him down.

My best kitchen gift ever was a spice rack my sister bought in Italy. It's a big hexagon honeycomb in red, with white jars that slot in the cells. It holds 52 jars and yes all of them hold a different spice or herb. It's quite possibly the best thing in my kitchen.

The best ever christmas dinner I had was after a hiddious night shift in A&E, (as a nurse) on Christmas eve and before I started again on Christmas night. Not the most amazing dish, panfried salmon, with caulflower and broccoli chese made with stilton and strong chedder and potatoe wedges but it made me feel so much better before facing the night ahead. Followed by a pint of Ben and jerry icecream...... Like I should say simple pleasures, when you are at your most tired are sometimes the best.

I love hampers for christmas, I always make one for my grandad. I get together lots of goodies for him to have over the festive period. He loves it because I know all of his favourites! :)
I know this may be a silly question but do they deliver outside of the UK? This looks like a wonderful gift.
Jay, that is funny I was just thinking of asking the same thing. Will be nice to receive an answer. I actually addressed this question to their customer service department.
They are an international company so certainly deliver many of their products internationally, though not sure on hampers...
